Digital Product Policy

This policy covers all digital items in our Digital Cattery collection, including books, guides, planners, trackers, and bundles.

 

Instant Access

All Digital Cattery items are delivered as instant PDF downloads. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll be able to download your file(s) directly, and a copy of your download link will also be sent to the email address used at checkout.

 

Refunds

​

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, viewed, and saved straight away, we're unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed. This doesn't affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty digital content.

If you haven't yet downloaded your file and change your mind, please contact us at meow@crazycatlady.uk as soon as possible and we'll do what we can to help.

 

Problems With Your Download

If your download link isn't working, your file won't open, or the file appears to be corrupted or incomplete, please email us at meow@crazycatlady.uk with your order number and we'll get it sorted for you right away.

 

Inner Pride VIP Club Members

​

Guides, planners, and trackers marked as free with Inner Pride VIP Club membership are included as part of your membership and are not sold separately to members. Access to these is managed through your VIP membership rather than individual purchase, and the refund terms above apply to any standalone digital products purchased outside of your membership.

All Digital Cattery products are for personal use only. Files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.
