Using Our Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase or join the Inner Pride VIP Club. You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the site or its content in any way.

Products & Pricing

We make every effort to describe our Meowchandise and Digital Cattery products accurately, including images, descriptions, and pricing. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to differences between devices.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though this won't affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you're making an offer to buy the item(s) in your basket. We'll confirm receipt of your order by email, but this doesn't necessarily mean your order has been accepted — a contract is formed once your order has been processed and, for physical items, dispatched.

We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Inner Pride VIP Club

Membership of the Inner Pride VIP Club is a recurring monthly subscription. You can cancel your membership at any time in line with the cancellation process set out at signup; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no partial refunds are given for the remainder of a billing period already paid for.

Membership benefits, pricing, and content are subject to change, and we'll always aim to give existing members reasonable notice of any changes that affect them.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to text, illustrations, character artwork, logos, product designs, and downloadable content — is the property of Marina Jackson / Crazy Cat Lady and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

If we discover our intellectual property has been used without permission, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include requesting removal of the infringing content and pursuing any legal remedies available to us.

User Submissions

If you submit content to us, for example through our Rainbow Bridge tribute form, you confirm that you have the right to share it and grant us permission to display it on our site. Please don't submit anything that isn't yours to share, or that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on someone else's rights.

Liability

We provide guides, planners, and content in good faith and to the best of our knowledge, but they are intended for general informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified vet for concerns about your cat's health.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, or our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, which cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
